We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this 14 day returns policy so you could return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
The return isn’t possible in the following cases:
1. The customer send us the wrong measurements.
2. We receive the returned product later than 14 days following the date of purchase of the product;
3. The returned product isn’t in condition indicated as product is new.
The return is possible in the following cases:
1. The product arrived dirty, torn in the result of mechanical damage of the package and in case if a recipient advances an official claim to the mail service;
2. The arrived product is wrong (the code of the product is a different from the code indicated in the form of the order);
3. In case of gross violation of a customer’s measurements (more than 5cm), not counting the leaving a bit room for growth.
If one of the above points is confirmed, a customer can send the order back, and the manufacturer refund the whole value of the product or exchange by the new one (with the shipment compensation).
